Ferried (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a logistics marketplace platform that connects customers who need items shipped with drivers who can transport them. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and password.

Location Data: With your permission, we collect precise location data from your device to facilitate shipment tracking, connect nearby drivers with shipments, and provide estimated arrival times.
Communications: We collect and store messages exchanged between customers and drivers through our Platform, as well as communications with our support team.
Device and Usage Information: We automatically collect device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type, operating system, app version, pages visited, and actions taken on the Platform.

Between Users: When a shipment is arranged, we share relevant information between the customer and driver, including names, contact information, and shipment details necessary to complete the delivery.
Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, identity verification, background checks, cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ferried, our users, or others.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
